ENTER A CONTEST

Another favorite quote of mine comes from George Bernard Shaw: “People who say it cannot be done should not interrupt those who are doing it.” That leads directly to my first tip: you can’t win if you don’t enter. Good luck!

1. Enter contests to win See “Win a pair of Corvettes” and scroll past it thinking you’ll never win? Change that mindset. You must enter to have a shot, and the more contests you enter, the better your odds.

2. Know the difference between sweepstakes and contests A sweepstakes picks a winner at random. A contest demands skill—maybe answering a question about the sponsor, playing a quick game, or submitting a creative entry. For simplicity, I’ll call both “contests” here, even though most of what I share are technically sweepstakes.

3. Focus on single-entry promotions Some giveaways let you enter daily, weekly, or unlimited times. Make your own selection tobe serial entrant—unless a daily-entry contest offers something huge like a million frequent-flier miles or a Super Bowl trip, or stick to one-entry-only contests.

4. Look for local contests and blog giveaways Fewer people enter neighborhood promotions or niche-blog contests, so your chances improve.

5. Don’t ignore big national contests Win Corvettes via Facebook, Instagram giveaways, and even a service corvette voucher in a social-media chat. Large-scale contests are winnable, too.

6. Read the official rules A YouTube “Win a Corvette” contest might attract hundreds of thousands of qualifiers—but only those who follow every rule. Remember tip #1: if you skip entering correctly, you can’t win.

7. Use centralized contest listings Rather than Googling “contests” and hopping from site to site, check out fast-lookup resources like the Win A Corvette YouTube channel to find top giveaways in one place.

8. Verify prize values When you win, the advertised retail value can be inflated. Always thank the sponsor but do your own research to assess the true worth of your prize. Feeling lucky? Browse contests on the Win A Corvette YouTube channel for inspiration. And if you snag a win, let us know in the comments—then like and subscribe for more giveaways!
